About Us

The Direct Group began life as direct saunas, the internet division of an established mail order company. We have more than 25 years of experience in selling direct to the end user.

In recent years, because of the growth of internet activity our direct sales have increased substantially and we have expanded our activities firstly into steam showers and then whirlpool baths and more recently into more general bathroom products.

You are welcome to visit our factory showroom which is open Monday to Friday 9.30 am till 5.00 pm (from 5th July) but please call our sales office first if you are travelling to see a particular item as not all items are on show.
